Welcome to the Winter Edition of the Entity Solutions Corporate Newsletter.
In the last edition the big theme of the day - as it remains today - was the global financial crisis and at the time I discussed our attitude towards the challenges we face. In short we hold that the only thing we can be certain of during a recession is the quality of our own endeavour. The rest is out of our control.
The time has flown since our last newsletter and this is precisely because our focus has been on keeping busy working on meaningful projects all with the ultimate aim of perfecting our service to you, our customers. If we can do this, the rest largely takes care of itself.
This week we are proud to announce one such initiative: IPro Career Services, designed to give Independent Professionals (IPros) a winning career strategy. Please see "Getting a HeadStart" for more information.
Over the past couple of months we have also strengthened our executive team welcoming Alan Singer and Jonathan Knowles. Both these appointments reflect our attitude to keep perfecting and investing in our service delivery despite the economy.
Alan has enjoyed a distinguished career spanning 20 years in the recruitment industry and brings invaluable executive experience to his role as Executive Director - Business Development. Since joining us in March Alan has made a significant impact on the business.
Jonathan, a fellow co-founder of Entity Solutions, has returned to Entity Solutions reenergized after a much deserved extended break. Jonathan joins us as Executive Director – Customer Care.
The next 'big thing' on the radar and perhaps one of the most exciting for this year is the Independent Professional (IPro) Index. The IPro Index is a national survey and research project undertaken to gain deeper insight into the needs and values of IPros. We are extremely proud to be partnering with Monash University again this year on this groundbreaking task. Look out for more information in the coming weeks.
