Smartsoft International Australia Pty Ltd is a consulting company that specialises in providing SAP software solutions. It is a subsidiary of Smartsoft International Inc, based in Atlanta, Georgia in the USA. The Australian subsidiary business model is based on leveraging their 650+ professional SAP skills employee base from the USA and Chennai, India into Australian contracts.
The Challenge
Smartsoft International Australia specialises in providing SAP skills to the Australian marketplace. These skills are largely sourced from Chennai, India. Like any successful business, Smartsoft International Australia wanted to attract the best international talent and, importantly, engage them in an efficient and compliant manner.
As such, it was essential they be authorised as a migration sponsor. Applying for this authorisation can be costly, time consuming and challenging for businesses without the necessary skills.
