Welcome to the first edition of our Corporate Newsletter for 2010. I certainly hope the year has started as well for you as it has for us.
Optimism is in the air. I think the economy is showing good signs and this suggests a better year ahead for us. Whilst a strengthening economy is great, we always focus on the stuff we can control here at Entity Solutions, and in 2010 you can count on us having our collective “nose to the grindstone”. The aim is to always improve outcomes for our customers, despite economic conditions.
Speaking of customer outcomes, we are proud in this issue to release some excellent results from last year’s IPro Satisfaction Survey. One of our major upcoming announcements will be the launch of a new business division aimed at helping small businesses succeed. An official launch is scheduled in the near future and we are very excited about what we believe is a very simple and accessible manner for small business operators to get cutting edge, professional and cost effective business solutions.
